Supporting you to live independently, build skills, and feel at home
We provide personalised Supported Independent Living (SIL) designed to help participants live as independently as possible while receiving the right level of support at home.
We work alongside you to build everyday skills, develop confidence, make choices, and achieve the goals that matter to you. Your support is tailored to your individual needs, preferences, routines, and abilities.
What Is Supported Independent Living?
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is an NDIS-funded support for participants who require regular assistance or supervision with daily activities at home.
SIL can support people who need a high level of assistance throughout the day, including support with personal care, household tasks, developing routines, building independence, and staying safe at home.
Our goal is not to do everything for you. Where possible, we support you to participate, learn, make decisions, and develop the skills you need to become more independent.
Through SIL, we can support you to:
- Develop greater independence in your daily routine
- Build practical life skills
- Make choices about your daily activities and routines
- Develop confidence in managing tasks at home
- Maintain personal care and hygiene
- Prepare meals and develop cooking skills
- Participate in household tasks such as cleaning and organising
- Develop social and communication skills
- Manage routines, appointments, and personal responsibilities
- Stay safe and receive appropriate supervision
- Access the community and participate in meaningful activities

We celebrate progress at every stage, whether you are learning a new skill, becoming more confident with an existing routine, or taking greater control over your day.
A Safe, Respectful and Supportive Home
Your safety, dignity, privacy, and wellbeing are at the heart of our SIL services.
Our team provides support in a way that respects your individuality and promotes choice and control. We take the time to understand your needs and work consistently with your agreed support arrangements.
Where relevant, we work alongside families, support coordinators, allied health professionals, behaviour support practitioners, and other providers to ensure your supports are coordinated and consistent.
Our aim is to create an environment where you feel:
- Safe and comfortable
- Respected and valued
- Heard and understood
- Confident to make choices
- Supported to try new things
- Encouraged to build your independence
