Independence Home Care is looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Support Worker to join our growing team.
About the role:
- Provide assistance with self-care and personal care
- Build a respectful, professional, and person-centred relationship
- Additional details will be discussed during the interview
Essential Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Clear)
- Working with Children Check (if applicable)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- National Police Check (if required)
- Evidence of current COVID-19 vaccination (if required by participant or service agreement)
- Right to work in Australia
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, person-centred approach
Experience in personal care and supporting participants with NDIS is highly regarded.
